COVID-19 Information - Limited Reopening
Since we made the decision to close about 2 weeks ago quite a lot has changed. Hopes of the crisis coming to an end quickly are fading and it seems we will be in this lockdown for the long haul. Getting comfortable at home, looking after your mental health and keeping busy doing what you love (for many of us, that's brewing) is the only thing we can do to help us get through this. Many of you have got in touch with queries and questions about when we'll re-open; others felt that it was the right decision to close. I hope those people can understand or at least relate to our decision to re open.
In order to re-open safely we've sought clarification from our partners and made some changes to the way we operate.
We've spoken to DPD about the extent that their drivers can socially distance themselves whilst working and we trust that they can do this safely.
We have brought all our order processing back in house so I have full control. We normally (due to volume) have some items dispatched by a fulfillment warehouse - this will stop for the time being.
I will be the only person processing orders, and parcels will be left at a safe location at our entrance for DPD to collect.
Due to the above, we will only be able to process a certain number of orders per day so delays are likely.
To limit our visits to the post office we will only process RM parcels every 2 days - likely Tuesday and Thursday mornings, please use DPD where possible.
This is still an incredibly difficult decision as every week brings new challenges.
Let's stay in touch, see what the coming weeks bring but above all, stay sane, stay safe.
