Our malt is milled to order, on the day of dispatch.
All our malts are supplied to us whole (uncrushed), directly from Crisp so that we can mill your malt fresh in house.
We use a German made malt mill to crush your malt with precision. We do regular grist analysis to check our crush is the perfect balance between too fine and too coarse. We order malt by the pallet load. Due to limited storage space we can't store lots at a time - this ensures a quick throughput so your malt doesn't spend months sat on our shelves.
