We are all taking a good rest over the Christmas period. The last day for Christmas shipping is Mon 22nd - we recommend using DPD or Royal Mail Tracked 24 to get your order before Christmas.

Any orders received after Midday on a particular day aren't guaranteed to be shipped same day but we will do our best to get as many orders sent out as possible so its likely (depending on volume) that order received in the early afternoon will be shipped same day also.

Order by MIDDAY (MON-FRI) for same day dispatch*.

We offer FREE next day DPD Shipping for orders above £80 (for orders less than 20kg and to most of the UK).   

We also offer discounted shipping for orders above £40 (for orders less than 20kg and to most of the UK).

*If your order is above 20kg we offer DPD and Parcelforce. DPD is dispatched same day (if ordered before midday (mon-fri) but Parcelforce normally takes longer to be dispatched as currently, we need to book the collection. If you order (with Parcelforce delivery option) before 4.30pm (mon-fri) we will book a collection for the next day (parcelforce 24 would then be delivered the day after, parcelforce 48 the day after that).    

We may at times upgrade orders (for free) to DPD from Parcelforce. Please let us know if you would prefer Parcelforce.

We offer shipping with DPD, Royal Mail Tracked or Parcelforce (for heavier items).

Parcelforce Express 24 (from 20kg)

• This service arrives in 1-2 working days to most customers.  
• From £6.95 for orders under £40

The Royal Mail Tracked Services are great if you live in the highlands / Northern Island, IOW, IOM etc as they don't cost any extra.

 *We need to charge extra for shipping to Northern Island / Scottish Highlands / Islands* / IOM, IOW. If you aren't sure whether you are classed as living in one of these regions please enter your postcode at checkout.

Channel islands: Shipping costs will be applied at checkout. If you want VAT to be deducted from your order you need to contact us before making an order. We can't deduct VAT once the order has been made.

EU CUSTOMERS - We can take EU orders but we will need to issue you with a custom invoice with the VAT removed. Shipping is from 5 euros. For DPD / VAT reasons orders need to over 150 euros without VAT (so an order of around £150 with VAT included works out to roughly this amount).
