16/02/23 UPDATE - Taking EU orders via email ONLY - read the below.

We are currently able to take EU orders but only via email and only for orders over £150 (this is due to complications with VAT). Shipping charges start at £12 per box and increase the further you are away from the UK.

Some large items (Fermzilla, Brewzilla) need a box each but smaller items can often be added to these boxes.

For most items there will also be import duty to pay. This is normally quite low - often around 1-3% (Brewzillas are around 2%) but some items are higher - eg Fermzillas are around 6.5%. (so the duty on a £150 fermzilla would be around £9.75 duty). Please ask us if you want any clarification on this. 

How it works:

1/ Email us with your shopping list (a screen shot of your basket is fine).

2/ We will reply with a shipping cost (and import duty estimate).

3/ You confirm that the shipping cost (and import duty) is OK and we will send a custom invoice via email with the UK VAT (tax) removed). Eg a product costing £120 on our website is £100 after VAT is removed)

4/ You click on the invoice and pay through the website, entering your address and other details carefully. In some cases you won't be able to enter a foreign address so please email us if this is the case (with your full address). 

5/ We send the order (it may take longer than our normal UK orders to dispatch).

6/ DPD will contact you before delivery and ask you to pay them the VAT (tax) (as well as the import duty - if applicable) - this is about what we took off the price in the original order invoice. They will also charge a small fee (around £5).

7/ You will get your items - nice and simple - thanks Brexit!

8/ If you have any warranty issues with your products we ask your understanding and we will work together to solve these issues for you.

Note - if delivery is refused or the address is wrongly entered meaning the order can't be delivered and is then sent back to us (at a large expense to us) we will refund your order minus any original shipping charges.
