This beer started off life as a brew we did years ago when we only had El Dorado hops hand... The name is inspired by a Neil Young tune. It was meant to be a hoppy single hop pale ale but ended up being a nice blonde (with not that much hop character). Its certainly a tasty beer in its own right and works great as a beer for your lager drinking mates. The hops are kept in check as none are added post boil.

200 g - Light Munich Malt Crisp
150 g - Extra Light Crystal 100 Crisp
120 g – Carapils Weyermann
Hops:
Eldorado 50g (used at different points during the boil)
