This is Jonny's go-to sweet stout recipe. Works great on 70/30 mixed gas but still great on CO2 or in the bottle. A sweet stout with added lactose with plenty of dark malts. The lactose, oats and wheat create a silky mouthfeel. The colder months of the year are when many people brew stouts, and this one works especially at Christmas.

3.2 kg - Best Ale Malt - Crisp
500 g - Milk Sugar (Lactose)
400 g - Roast Barley - Crisp
350 g - Chocolate Malt - Crisp
350 g - Dark Munich Malt - Crisp
350 g - Flaked Torrefied Oats - Crisp
200 g - Dark Crystal 400 - Crisp
