Just 1 Malt and 1 Hop...Limiting yourself can help you understand the effect that each ingredient has on the beer. With beer - less is often more and many a delicious beer has been made in this way.

You can choose from our suggestions or put together your own combination (although the combinations here are discounted).

Each kit has:

• 100g of hops
• 4kg of malt
• 1 packet of yeast
• finings
• instructions 

How you use the hops depends on the style of beer you want to create. Most of these hops lend them selves to a balanced pale ale type of beer but you can weight the hops earlier in the boil for a more bitter / less hop forward beer or spread across the boil for a more balanced approach - giving more hops flavour and aroma.
