Cornwall has many great breweries but Verdant is definitely at or near the top of the list in terms of quality hop forward beers. We first visited Verdant just after they opened the Penryn brewery back in 2016 ish - they still had a ping pong table in the brewery and were using their 200L kit. Their super modern purpose built brewery and tap room is definitely worth a visit. Lightbulb is now super popular - an easy drinking hazy, hoppy pale ale that appeals to a very wide audience.
