We've worked with Charles Faram and NZ Hops to select and source Hops from specific farms. Through hop sensory sessions, we selected hops from farms that we felt our customers would love.
Released from HortResearch in 2007, Rakau™ was selected for its intense aroma and high oil content.
Once described as "the whole orchard", it can provide a range of stone fruit aromatics
