We've worked with Charles Faram and NZ Hops to select and source Hops from specific farms. Through hop sensory sessions, we selected hops from farms that we felt our customers would love.
Complex aromas of sweet berry fruit, stone fruit and spice on the rub. Dry hopping, especially early in fermentation to aid bio-transformation, imparts intense ripe tropical fruit aromas.
