Calcium Chloride Flake is a salt used to increase the mineral content of brewing liquor with the aim to improve its brewing quality and ability to produce characteristics specific to a certain beer style.

Calcium Chloride Flake is a liquor treatment you can use to improve the health and vigour of the yeast.
It also improves overall extract yield and fermentability and the beer fining performance.
