FROM Castle Malting :

This Belgian wheat chocolate malt is intensely roasted at 230°C to produce a deep brown in beers. Château Wheat Chocolat malt brings black coffee and bittersweet chocolate flavours to beer which are far more pronounced than in a chocolate barley malt. This husk free malt has been meticulously developed by Castle Malting to avoid the usual astringency, bitterness and dry flavours commonly associated as aftertastes in very dark malts.
