This recipe is inspired by Adam Makes Beer and Dudes Brews Hazy Pale Ale. We’ve made this a few times and tweaked it along the way. This is our modified version. The malt bill and high-ish mash temp gives a lot of body and smoothness to the final beer. The hop schedule is exclusively post boil leading to low bitterness but plenty of aroma and fruity hop flavours.

3.2kg Crisp Extra Pale Ale
1.0kg Crisp Torrified Oats (50/50 Oats and husks)
0.3kg Crisp Caramalt
0.4kg Crisp Wheat Malt
