Description
Stainless steel hop spider.
Large enough to take a good amount of hops in the boil and give utilisation. The most recent versions of these (mid 2021 onwards) have a slightly less fine mesh (compared to before) making the mesh less likely to clog and resulting a better movement of wort in and out of the spider so getting the most of your hops.
Ideal for systems where pumps are used and easily clogged with hop matter such as Grainfather, Robobrew/ Brewzilla, Braumeister etc
The Hop Spider can be tailored to sit at any height within the brewing vessel by bending the handle over at the appropriate point. The handle part of the spider can easily be bent over closer the basket so that it can be used even when a vessel is almost full to the brim.
