Handcraft Supplies Wine Stabiliser contains potassium sorbate which is used in winemaking to preserve wines prior to bottling and/or clearing to preserve the wine and stop secondary fermentation when used in conjunction with sodium metabisulphite (also available under Handcraft Supplies). This item contains 25 g Potassium Sorbate in a tamper proof and resealable tub.
