This is our version of the famous Landlord Pale Ale brewed by Timothy Taylor’s in Keighley, Yorkshire. Many a pint of Landlord has been drunk after a walk in the beautiful Yorkshire Dales. The beer is an absolute classic having won champion beer of Britain 4 times. Golden promise is a great complex base malt to give the beer character and depth. The wheat is there to help create a lovely fluffy head and the black malt is for colour and to add a tiny bit of roastiness. If you have a spare 10 minutes it’s well worth watching the series of videos on the brewery’s website to see how they brew it.
