Released in 2012 and developed by the Hop Breeding Company, Mosaic® is the daughter of Simcoe® and a Nugget derived male.
Complex multi purpose hop with tropical and soft fruit flavours on display in a range of styles.
Matures mid to late season and had a moderate yield. Mosaic® has a resistance to powdery mildew, however it is susceptible downy mildew.
