This beer is the original hoppy pale ale and was the first American hoppy beer many of us tasted – back when hoppy beers were definitely not a thing. The green labelled bottle and imagery stood out in the “international beers” section of the supermarket. This is our version of this famous beer – brewed mainly (as always) with the daddy of all American C hops – Cascade. Sierra Nevada have always embraced homebrewing imitations of their beer – they even have the original recipe on their website - https://sierranevada.com/blog/our-beer/pale-ale-homebrew-recipe
