This NEIPA uses all NZ hops for a super fruity New World hop hit. Superdelic and Nectaron are the main hops - both are super fruity that combine nicely especially in large quantities post boil and in the dry hop. Both hops bring tropical fruits and citrus, Nectaron adds a bit of stone fruit whilst Superdelic adds some candy notes.
The malt bill combines to give a smooth mouthfeel and the rice hulls are added to aid mash runoff and sparging.
