This is our version of St Austells Tribute. This fantastic beer is a modern take on a classic English Pale Ale. With a mixture of British, American and European hops it is a little more exotic than a standard English Ale. The Munich (aka Cornish Gold) and Maris Otter Malt combine to give a robust malty base that compliments the hops. Not a complicated beer but it highlights what makes St Austell brewery, and the creating head brewer Roger Ryman so good at doing the simple things so well. Definitely one to try on cask if you are down in Cornwall.
